Venue

The entire conference will take place at the Cinémathèque québécoise at 335 De Maisonneuve Blvd. East, Montreal, Quebec H2X 1K1.

Public Transportation

During your stay in Montreal, we recommend you use the city’s public transportation system, which will enable you to get around at low cost. Transit system maps will be available during the conference. You may purchase single tickets or a pass valid for several days. To find out about fares and points of sale, consult the web site of the Société de transport de Montréal (STM).

Airport

You have two options to get from the Montreal-Trudeau airport to the Hôtel Lord Berri or the Cinémathèque québécoise. You can take a taxi, which will bring you to downtown Montreal for a fixed rate of $40, or a shuttle bus operated by the city’s public transportation service (STM), at a cost of $9 (payable in Canadian coins only). The 747 shuttle bus will take you from the Montreal-Trudeau airport to Hôtel Lord Berri or the Cinémathèque in 35 minutes (get off at the last stop, the Berri-UQAM bus terminal, which is a couple of minutes’ walk from your destination).
